Has anyone already contacted a Law Firm regarding CDK's layoffs OR last weeks decision to tie the Sales Equity payout to signing the Arbitration Agreement? I plan to.

Why do you think they hired so many new high level HR people in the last 6 months? They needed to figure out how to f*k over all the employees in the best way possible. Heck, they probably have been using Agile methods to do each round. Could you imagine those stand up meetings? "Everybody look to the left and to the right, out of the 3 of you, only 1 will still be here in 6 months"
According the attorneys that I spoke too that specializes in the WARN Act, CDK is within the limits of the law and more information from those impacted by the RIF would be needed in order to determine if CDK is in violation.
