Wow now “Alcheep” Altice is changing the contract buyout for customers . They get a credit on the account and it could take 6 months to get the check.

It’s been over 3 months for me and when I call I get someone who barely speaks English and they have no answers. So it seems like the 6 month guy is right!
Wrong. The customer's account has to be in good standing for 60 days, then they get the credit.
