No wonder this company is falling apart, there is complete lack of leadership among management from mid to senior levels.
Nobody puts any time or energy into developing their teams. They seem to think things like that happen on their own.
Management is barely there as it is. There is always "someplace" they have to go, and then they reappear hours later.
Not to mention the stifling of all innovation idea - it's like mid-management wants to make sure that status quo that works for them and only them is preserved.
Which is why we have stopped being competitive in the market long time ago. This company is being destroyed by its management and if something isn't done about it, they will succeed in sinking us for good.
