Once this was not the case, but for a number of years now the only thing that matters here is money. It has been put above employees over and over again, to the point where nearly everybody feels miserable and not valued by the company.
I'm not stupid, I understand money is important but it can't be the only important thing. We are losing people not only through layoffs, but because they are tired of being treated like c-ap and always scapegoated to the mighty dollar.
This used to be a great place to work, now I warn people against applying for jobs here. That's how low we sunk.
