HR surviving 4 rounds of layoff with the same number of headcount is no small feat. Finance is the only one increasing headcount. Putting the fool that comes in.
Add TIW Singapore, smaller than this HR department
HR is the most FREE dept now. out source all job..
smiling and laughing now coz they layoff so many ppl .. lesser jobs even still..
and yet HR SHELLON GOH has so many staffs.
