Beth's LinkedIn posts make me sick. She was a big player in the downfall of GE with all her half baked ideas. That entire executive leadership team thought that their ideas were enough to drive GE forward. They s---ed at execution and never held anyone accountable. This lady should not be on boards or seen as a management guru.
Change is good when the outcomes are positive. A lesson GE should learn don't believe the hype.
And BC is giving advice at interviews being broadcast on the net. What advice could possibly be good coming from a woman who failed the past 16 years?

I am not a Beth fan as well. Any of those on the board and the vice chairmans share the responsibility of the sh-- show that is GE. BC is culpable and her retirement and benefits from GE should be clawed back. She is making MILLIONS still on her retirement and benefits.
However, I think that these comments would never be made about a man. I think this is low and beyond the pale. She is incompetent and contributed to the failure as is the rest of the inept leadership.
$10M paid contributed what? Diversity.
Please read carefully the Annual Report. She was making more than 10M$ per year as Vice-Chairman.
Turned down Steve Jobs clearly not a visionary or some who see's around corners. Eye candy for the board.
