Yes indeed. The creme de la creme of IT have all left and the few remaining underpaid ones are leaving. Children and incompetent management are running an asylum with no course of direction. It took decades to perfect an art that warranted the seasoned professionals IBM had. Now with the children making all the mistakes of the past, it will be decades again before IBM is back to where it was.

Unique skills don't mean a thing, nor does putting in 60 hrs a week at times.

I have seen the best of the best shown the door while they keep incompetent children around.
