I've spent 11 years with Cintas - some years were good, some less so. I've learned a lot and I've developed skills that helped me move on. I'd suggest joining Cintas to anyone , just do not stay here for way too long (maybe 4 years is good). Learn what you need to learn and leave. We did not have as many layoffs as some other companies in our industry but layoffs do happen.
No matter what you do at Cintas, just learn and grow and you'll be fine. Do not listen to any negative advice and stay positive.
