The ship is not sinking—the ship has finally been fully pivoted as first announced in 2015 before the first round of layoffs. SM deserves a raise for successfully navigating the righted ship through troubled waters, and for defending against the pirate BRCM. And a big raise as well for all the ship hands who rowed the big boat under SM’s drum beat. Big bonuses for everyone come November—you can be sure of that.
Laying off people is the easiest thing any CEO can do... no-brainer

Im wondering what they have confidence in. Im confident that any initiative that he has spearheaded other than cost reduction has been an utter failure. CSR?failure, Server chip? Failure, NXP? Failure!!!!
