not a single update from management till now about SAAS, any idea if we get at least some prior notice before we got terminated.
Heard that SAAS is no longer required, any thoughts on how they deal with existing customer contracts?

Will be easy to transition any customers to Wipro or another Indian Service Provider. Whatever is needed onshore + the rest offshore. Milk the dollars for the remainder of the contract and then sell the IP to another buyer.
As to "executive silence", which executives? They're all done. Nobody can say anything because they are being paid to remain quiet. And those getting a golden parachute are too busy planning their move back to wherever they came from, buying a bigger house and taking a year off to "recover".
Heard SAAS is no longer required and no concept of SERVICE to customers? what happen to the existing customers on SAAS who had license till few years?Anythoughts???
What do you expect?
Management does not care about you or me.
That is not unique to CA.
BlazeMeter, Agile Central, Payment Security, there are others as well
Classic.
Executive silence...
Does CA have real (working) SaaS products excepts Blaze Meter? From user handling to billing with all SaaS functionalists. I don't think CA has many!
