somebody asked me if I could provide a referral for them to Citrix. Even with any referral bonus it is not worth jeopardizing my friendship with them to recommend them to Sh--rix.
They will only endure BS, stagnant job futures, no training, no product enthusiasm and absolutely no upwards mobility or promotions.
With DH and the currently installed ELT at the helm the company it has gone down the employee support tiolet and morale is at an all time low. This is due to the demonic and autocratic management. All rewards are kept at the ELT level and a few lucky patrons of the ELT. Sh--rix is all BS and not worth the anguish anymore.
I have had friends who are looking for a job ask me if they should work at Citrix or not since they have been hearing bad news about how employees are treated.
It is not bad compare to other companies, but really bad compare to where Citrix normally stands on the list. I talked to a few people, and it is true that the score is very low compare to previous years. This is however do to various reasons.
I am waiting for a HR remediation plan, as recruiting new top talent will be almost impossible going forward if this negative trend doesn't turn around.
