ADP Execs have family. Families can suffer just like those that were wrongfully terminated. We can hope those execs families suffer to the fullest. Cest' La Vie. :)
So did IBM employees. Being forced to sign something saying you won't sue certainly won't hold up in most courts as it is after the fact of the discriminatory act being set forth in motion. Enough people band together and ADP could have to pay really large amounts.
However as part of ADPs erps you are signing legal documents agreeing to NOT sue ADP so they covered their asses
