Customers are getting no response about their CA World refund. It can be seen on #CAWorld at Twitter. This makes me wonder, if customers will be defaulted, what guarantee do we have we are getting severance pkg?

Competitors are already using this as a marketing tool. Check out Compuware's CEO, especially his LinkedIn.

A single customer, perhaps two posted about it, on the same day the news came out. A bit of a stretch to compare this news within 24 hours to the dismantling of the organization, which also takes more than 24 hours to resolve I'm sure.

I'm sure customers will be getting refunds. I'm more surprised anyone actually paid for CA World in the first place.
Severance payments won't be an issue.
