Just wanted to thank DCEH for killing what apparently was an unusual habit of mine of actually looking forward to going to work on Monday.
Now I'm like every other cog in the machine - hating start of the work week with passion of five burning suns and praying for Friday to come as soon as possible.

Yeah JC was at our campus before going to online, she is a total waste, how she got "promoted" is anyone's guess.

Try working at AiO, you’ll hate Monday - Saturday (it is impossible to take 2 days off in a row even as a part time job). And you’ll hate Sunday if grades are due (grades are due 48 hours after the assignment due date and within 48 hours of the close of a module). You’ll hate holidays if they fall within 48 hours of a due date or at the end of a session when grades are due, or if you took Sunday off and the holiday is on a Monday, you still are required to work the holiday. No extension for faculty even if it is a “paid holiday” like Good Friday, Easter, Christmas, Rosh Hashanah, New Year’s Day, it’s an online requirement or you are written up. Campus employees have it easy (unless you work nights at an inner city Ai but at least you get holidays off and a spring break).

I'm not sure of what you do at or for DCEH but it's disturbing that it seems to have taken a while for you to come to the conclusion that only now you have come to terms with the self realization that you are just another "cog in the machine." This declaration speaks volumes in helping to understand my own absolute, abject and unmitigated comtempt I have for DCEH and all the other wheel cogs.
Your admission that you pray for Friday to come as soon as possible only attests to Woody Allen's contention that 95% of any job is just showing up.
