Companies that are way overpriced.
ADP is number #1 on the list....more than 53% over fair value and it will only get worse.

Carlos and other executives have made a fortune from their employees' departure.
Just took a look at this Morningstar report - "Legacy technology platform and increasing competition" are ADP's challenges. Definitely correct.
