Employee morale is very low and turnover is high as new workers that are hired in to replace eliminated experienced workers are finding it very difficult to come up to speed without the guidance of those veteran workers who are no longer there, and due to the complexity of ADP's systems. The pay for the new workers is very low compared to what is expected from them. It is far easier for these workers to seek employment elsewhere and do work that is easier for more pay at other companies.
The employment situation is a nightmare and a revolving door with new workers coming in and leaving. ADP is doing damage control in attempts to hide this information and post that everything is great. ADP has created internal positions to try to monitor its employees in attempts to stop this despondency and low morale.
The future looks bleak for ADP. They shouldn't have gotten rid of their experienced workers simply because the company thought that they were earning too much money.
