Mad Dog does not speak for the union. He’s got his hands full with mopping the floors, and emptying garbages. We keep him around because like every dog he’s loyal to the hand that feeds him. And just like a dog, he’ll p--p in our neighbors lawn. So just keep focused on your card signing, and pay no attention to Mad Dog, he’s all bark, no bite.

Your not the only one who started from the bottom and changed jobs throughout the course of your career. Taking a swat position or a temp construction position is extremely smart and great to add to a resume. Trust me it's what got me out of the industry and making significantly more money.
