ADP has replaced many veteran employees that have worked at this company for 10, 20, or more years. The reason was that the company felt its employees were overcompensated and wanted to save on labor costs.
ADP hired new employees to replace the expensive ones at about a third of the cost. But the top management team made a mistake. They didn't realize that it takes years for new employees to become truly productive. Now new employees are trying to frantically learn the new systems, but are having difficulties because most of the veteran employees are gone.
This is causing dissatisfaction and morale problems among the employees. Many of them are leaving for better jobs that pay more and are less complex. Many others are fired as they struggle to become proficient but can't cut it.
No matter what the ADP shills post here, this is the reality. Current and former ADP associates know this. Shills are trying to do damage control but won't succeed. Too many people know what is really going on.
