Management restructure planning date is week commencing 16-Sep, with mid-management and staff to follow 6 weeks hence. No word on whether there will be a call for volunteers.

New management team, same script - let's cut our way to success . . .

Gordon’s retirement, along with at least 2 or 3 layers of “management” is long overdue.

I’ve known companies 30 times the size that are less beurocratic and resistant to change.

With the acquisition by Siris and Elliott now complete, shouldn't be long before we know how they intend to make returns from Travelport. If Gordon retains his position, then they clearly don't intend to invest in and grow the business. If they divest eNett and bring in a strategist for CEO, then maybe there's a chance.

In the short term, more layoffs are inevitable.

It's like sitting in the branches of a tree thats in the process of being cut down, one swing of the axe at a time. Just use a chain saw and get it over with.
