I wonder what would happen if everyone who gives AF about how awful DCEH is staged a sick out.... especially admissions/enrollment staff.

Forfeiture in pay applies to full timers and adjuncts, not staff.

@krv How is it legal to make you forfeit pay if you have PTO accrued. You should contact an employment lawyer.

I just made some calls today. Currently I am on the verge of termination due to numbers which from what I understand is against the law. EDMC suffered the same kind of lawsuit years ago for this type of situation. #readytoblowthewhistle
