Politically , at this time Stratford Connecticut must remain open as a manufacture.
WPB facility was initially set up as a test facility. Manufacturing has always been a secondary function.
The limited work will remain in Connecticut .
LM is activity looking for other locations to do "testing" at a cheaper rate.
