An optimist is someone who dresses casually because she knows that character is more important than appearance.
That last category Divest is a bit vague. It’s not clear. People on divest list will get letters a week after everyone else, but will get transition pay if their letter says divestiture. So will they get letters this week with everyone else saying what? Transition? Remains to be seen . Mostly for services looks like they have to wait longer.
