I mostly just want a steady paycheck. But a severance would be great... just in time for Christmas. There are other jobs.
Yeah yeah, everyone wants to be terminated but if they get to stay they will all be soooo happy... Come on guys, Broadcom isn't a horrible company, we will be just fine.
I'll be satisfied with any outcome but TERM is what I want as well. I'm just tired of waiting.
Thanks, if I receive anything other than a TERM notice I will be disappointed. No one with talent wants to work for a company like this. Read between the lines, no two way communication, limited WFH, c-appy charitable matching, no employee development or training, all allowances cancelled. Sounds like a c-appy place to work, there are other options out there, don’t sell your self short lik bike Boy and his board sold us short. Executives have been on vacation since before July.
