No one is going to "buy" the Services group from CA. Why would they? They will simply start offering services/support and hire at their own rates and terms.
They only can sold at 0. As you say they can pick up anyone from staff for free. Very crazy if someone pay for this.
Who would want to buy it when they can pick up the staff for free when they get laid off
