The problem with micromanagement is that greedy executives nickle and dime their employees and customers to death. Eventually no one wants to work for you or do business with you.
It is about helping people not nickle and dime people to death. You have taken the fun out of work by cutting corners. You have basically cut your self out of business.

I enjoyed seeing our execs in action. It really humanizes them. There's toupee and porky and the blob and Better Call Saul and lispy. #Me too keeps me from humanizing the moderator.
