Fish rots from the head, there's no way a 'grass roots' movement is going to change that! Best thing they can do is separate from SS&C, if they really want to set their own course and culture. No news on if that's going to happen or not.

HR also concerns itself with organizational change and industrial relations, that is, the balancing of organizational practices with requirements arising from collective bargaining and from governmental laws
