Yes Line 3 team in Edmonton both Facilities and Mainline were affected. It was a big lie that Line 3 team will not be touched until the project is done ... I know several people from Line 3 Edmonton both Facilities and Mainline ... and both employees and contractors who got the boot....corporate lies never end
Why would they give you credit when the name of the game is take credit for other people's work and get promoted. And they are not judged on performance once they are in the club. It's all about how good you are at kissing a$$.
My heart goes out to the 115 employees who worked their tails off to advance Enbridge projects and put forth their all time best effort. The company doesn't seem to appreciate hard work (Stellar and tin pot awards do not count) and what it takes to get a project built and in service. The executive suite can crow about their achievements (what achievements I ask) when it's the hands on work by employees that gives them something to report to the shareholders. Wake up and give credit where credit is due -frontline employees.
Was the Line 3 team in Edmonton part of the 115?
Not only MP, also LP got hit.
What other departments were impacted?
The “it’s only mp” is incorrect. For a fact....
115 people (employees and contractors) gone today, all from Major Projects. My heart goes out to the people impacted.
The beatings will continue until morale improves or in other words... The layoffs will continue until stock price improves...
Ouch. Best wishes to all affected.
Having to find a new job s---s a--, but you will. Keep your chin up and a positive attitude
