I'll really miss the senior executives jumping on a town hall to tell the rank and file to seriously consider voting for candidates who would pass the new corporate tax laws. Apparently, those breaks are in place to really bolster corporate war chests with cash which employers can them trickle down to their employees.

I’m going to miss the beer cart on Friday’s, Summer Serve and Volley, the naked Trek time trials in the basement of the software factory, and Ronnie’s hot yoga class with the HR team dancing suggestively to “My Guy”
Though I wonder why I kept doing so poorly I’m the 9-box evaluations
I’ll miss the culture of 10+ years ago. The “believe it achieve it” culture, not Grandpa Bill’s IBM crony culture or Bike Boy’s faux Silicon Valley culture.
Salary of course. What else could I possibly miss?
Love the CA culture, meeting people from all over the world that are (were) part of the extended team. CA was a pretty good place to work overall - despite some of its shortcomings. I'll miss it a lot!
Will miss my team. Best group of support engineers ever.
Won't miss the uncertainty. CA is not exactly a hotbed of job security.
