Dear Friends & Colleagues,
As you all now know, the SPVSS-Permira deal has finally closed......it took a while but we got there in the end. This was new ground for many and it certainly had its twists and turns along the way, but that's part of the process and learning experience. However, now the deal is complete, it is time for me to say farewell and to wish my colleagues at Cisco and to those that are now on a new journey with Synamedia, all the very best for the future.
My time in "Cisco years" has been relatively short but together we made great strides and forged meaningful partnerships. You can’t do anything in such a vast company without leveraging co-operation at scale, which I found full-filling in many ways.
I have made new friends for life, all over the world which is so unique to Cisco, and it's a badge of honour I will be proud of carrying into my next adventure.
Thank you for those that worked closest with me, for your support in helping us connect your work to our customers in new ways, and for those who provided guidance to help me navigate the way.
In passing the baton to Yves and the team, please take good care of the people, that is the richest asset of all. I am sure you will achieve great things and do it with some fun and style along the way.
If Aldrich has no visible role at Synamedia and his previous role at Cisco is now filled by Morgan, did he actually move over to Synamedia ?
TB's profile in Cisco has him listed as "divestiture access only". Maybe he is gone :) :) :)

Just do a LinkedIn search for current employer Cisco or Synamedia and former employer SeaChange and you'll see the list. About 6 people, not counting TB, who was a YK "old guard", but not from SeaChange.
