It seems broadcom knew many people were waiting for fat severance so they did not wanted to term most of the employees in itc
Instead itc managers uses this as trump card to remove resources they were failing to show outside door. I think once people are transitioned as brcm employee they can fire on its own term.
It will be end of May . Same time as this year Broacade employee they have fired.

This is not correct and clarified by GDL many times. As per deal, BRCM need to Honour CA severance policy till 1 year after closing deal.
