Homebase Transaction Processors have been outsourced to the Caribbean. Escrow has been moved from NJ to IL forcing employees to either relocate or fine employment elsewhere. A/R and cash receipts has been either moved to IL or removed completely. All happened as of today.
Looks like Field Support is next on the chopping block. They are going to CompuCom is the word. Say bye bye to great customer service. So much for the Agents first BS motto.
yeap helpdesk and desk top support department are being laid off . The departments are being outsource to South Carolina. WIll happen in June 2019.
