Do you think there may be small/medium/large DIRECTV Layoffs in 2019?

If your DTV in ATT coverage area, it will not be a prosperous 2019. Not good news but its reality unfortunately.
Ever since becoming ATT the lack of communications to us in the field show one thing. They (ATT) dont give two sh:ts about us legacy DTV. I believe legacy DTV personnel will all be gone by the end of 2019. Good luck on possible Friday announcements.
Shame - SHAME on the old DIRECTV Engineering. They've wasted more than 70 million dollars on VOD - and could not get an IPTV product worth even 1% of what Netflix/Hulu has.
Mgmt is too blind to see - led by a pathetic turd of an old engineering hag and her lackeys. pathetic!
What I heard is that in the 1q will be layoff for 30% up to 40% workforce specificly DTV techicians.Thats why company didn't combine prem tech and DTV garages yet.Comapny dont want to train DTV guys because their plain for layoffs .Plan is to switch most of the DTV customers to IPTV DTV boxes and remove most of the hardware installation.
I hope not but large cuts to us on the DTV side in Q1/19 from what I'm hearing. Good luck to all my fellow DTV folks.
