Look how much the stocks have dropped. Looks good on them since they put so many out of work.
Ak, Lincoln, Denton are now closed. Marionette just received notice. I guess making customer deliveries take longer is a great customer service plan.
Distribution centers are closing. First step is Anchorage, Alaska, Denton, Texas and Lincoln, Nebraska. Second step Clackamas Oregon, Pottsville, Pennsylvania and Marinette, Wisconsin. Step three once new distribution center in Texas is built will be to combine Remaining Sally Beauty and BSG distribution centers into 3. Good bye Greenville, Spartanburg and Fresno. Lots of people will lose jobs.
Haven’t heard of anything as of yet but the earnings report comes out on Nov 8th. As we’ve seen in the past they always chart out a gameplan as to how they think they can save more money. My guess is it’ll either be more layoffs, store closings or more hour cuts. I guess we have to wait and see...
