Very surprised a job offer comes at end of the year. Budget doesn't seem to work that way. Well, perhaps reach the manager who brought you in.
I would move on. As an former employee and SAP executive, when these kinds of things happen at SAP, it’s highly unlikely they will come back and move forward with hiring for quite a while.
SAP will lay-off 4400 worldwide
Your question is answered in today’s SAP annual results and announcements.
I had the same experience. When through an interview process that lasted 2 months, finally got a job offer then a week later was told the offer was rescinded due to a hiring freeze. I was incredibly disappointed. Based on what I've been reading in the news lately, I don't really have much hope that the job will ever materialize again. I was really excited about working SAP, but I'm not so sure anymore ...
End of year no one has any budget, especially not after the $8 billion p-ss-d away onto Qualtrics. Try earlier in the new year.
Hi All,
I had cleared all the interviews and today SAP recruiter told be that hiring has been put on hold. She said she is going to come to be by next week. Are you aware of similar things from your past experience or any indications/ romers from inside? Or know how long these freezes are in place?
I'm so so disappointed since this was a perfect job for me and my knees are trembling.
Any insights are welcome?
