Have you heard anything about potential West Layoffs in 2019?

Rumor I heard is that the next layoffs are scheduled for February. Many people aren't getting laid off though, they are leaving because the company doesn't care about them, has cheaped out on benefits, and cut and crippled the PTO. It also doesnt help that the environment has become so toxic that all of the top performers are leaving.
Are any layoffs coming? People are started to drop like flies in Omaha?
Coming up on the Nov 1st anniversary date of the 2017 layoffs. Are they planning another big purge?
Am told that a number of employees were let go in the past week for discrepancies with expense reports - I guess a cheaper alternative to letting people go with a month's pay is finding behavior that justifies immediate termination.
I want to know in what areas too so I can get prepared. At my location, 5 people quit within 2 weeks.
What areas/locations?
Layoffs will continue up to end of Dec... will pick up after first of the year before 1QT end
