What are your thoughts about potential Sanofi Layoffs in 2019?

What teams are impacted and where? I'm in MA and have not heard anything on layoffs.
Sanofi in US looking for at least 1,000 voluntary. If they fail to get numbers they will make it compulsory. Surprising that they explicitly threatened.
PV announced layoff package today. Just PV or also other groups?
