Is there going to be any reorg or Barclays Layoffs in 2019?

Moving people from Wilmington to the new Whippany office, many will be laid off.
It's a 130+ miles move - not sure what makes them think that'd people rush to move.
all back office / remote site desktop support is being outsourced.
