Yes I heard last week about the Taco Bell merger. This is exciting news
I have talked to some of the workers at the Harrisonburg, VA plant and they have laid off around 15 employees in the last two or three weeks. I worked for this company for over twenty years and they never had major layoff issues but now there is a whole new management team and they had better get back to the basics or the future may not be very bright, because of the added debt load.
I heard they laid off 60 employees today. I new a girl that got the ax.
My wife was laid off from the Seward plant for about 3 or 4 weeks I believe in early October. They brought her back but now this week she's only working two days. Rotating workers on lay off and back on again. Kind of a slow death if you're an employee in trying to make a living or any long-term Financial plans you never know when this company is going to send you home abruptly and for how long?
Google merger?
We had lots of unannounced layoffs in September of 2019. More coming soon. Rumors of Google merger are being mentioned.
My wife works at the Seward plant and rumors are that big layoffs are planned for September.
Great only worked there for a month now this is happening unreal
They have major SAP issues. That is why the quarterly results have been delayed. Company will have major layoffs soon.
TOP down starting with Directors in various service and support departments to level set SG&A. The merge of TENNECO/Federal-MOGUL created significant duplication in areas which should be LEANED out. Significant differences in EDI, Billing, ERP systems are creating overhead which must be reviewed by experts which TENNECO/Federal-MOGUL does not possess. Love the people, but top heavy provides no value-add.
We have had unannounced layoffs in January. We will have more in March and around October. Company is in debt and has cash flow issues.
