Has anybody heard anything about the town hall meeting tomorrow after tonight's earnings call. Rumor is all or part of the company is being sold.

They are selling the tank and pipe fab shops. Each are being sold separately.

It would be sad to see it go as it's a great business. But if we can get a couple of billion for it, then everyone wins. Tanks keeps doing what it does. MII gets rid of the crushing debt load with enough cushion to bridge through the troubled projects and win some big new projects.
The suspense!
These rumors are coming from the Tank division. The meeting/town hall is happening and there have been NDA's signed in regards to the meeting by the upper management in that division. I suspect a surprise announcement in todays earnings call and the meeting will discuss the particulars. If you didn't know, that division is an LLC. So selling it would be easy.
I hear tank group is being sold off, to cover projects in the red.
Town hall sounds too colloquial for our global culture.
Hopefully good news. I can't imagine execs want to hang around in front of the employees and deliver bad news.
