We are. 10% of corporate and GBS by end of March.
Standard severance for layoffs is 1 week per year of service.
(Plus earned/accumulated PTO)
Volunteering gets nothing extra. I won't express an opinion
in public.

Can confirm. Voluntary layoffs announced affecting GBS and Corp level employees, effective March 31, with potential involuntarily layoffs after if required.
100%. John Harris, VP for Business Development just announced a corporate wide layoff. Did not know they were in financial troubles. Last day is 31 March 2019 followed by a second phase.
