Thoughts? Any Cummins Layoffs in 2019?

They are overdue to layoff. Their normal cycle is mass salaried layoffs every 3-4 years, so I would expect Jan 2019-Oct 2019 to be the time they do it again.
2019 will be flat.
2020 will be down.
Expect layoffs im 2020
