HR got hit big this spring. Happens all the time. It's a constant reorg over here.

Nobody can predict this. All numbers are going up, overall we keep growing and things will continue down this path. There may be some pockets of Microsoft that will be affected by job cuts but that will be small compared to the headcount we'll bring in...
