Is this going to be an interesting year as it relates to Hanesbrands Layoffs in 2019?

Rumor has it Clarskville will experience more layoffs throughout all levels of employees. Hanes Hanesbrands appears to be developing Hosiery offshore or outsourcing the production to Asia or Vietnam to lower cost which will negatively impact the Pantyhose production in Clarskville Arkansas.
In the first quarter of this year Hanesbrands announced they were moving all their textile seamless bra and seamless undergarment production to China discontinuing production in Arkansas, Puerto Rico, and Honduras outsourcing all production to China to lower cost. It appears the may be moving/relocating the seamless/ undergarments production to Vietnam. Hanes has been attempting to outsource their Hosiery business however due to the tariffs it may be temporarily on hold. They may be working to move the hosiery business to Vietnam now due to the tariffs. The tariffs are not bringing jobs back to to the US but they are reducing/moving production out of China to other low cost countries.
Hanesbrands started layoffs in Clarksville Arkansas today through all levels. More will come.
As of October 2019, Hanes Puerto Rico will close operations, 212 employees will be layoffs.
The latest rumor is that HANES is closing their textile plant in Woolwine. Would be devastating.
