100% - Westminster, MA has had several layoffs in 2019 include the latest on September 27, 2019.

In Fishers/Indianapolis, billing and order management are either going to Mexico or India. This is on top of the dozens of cash and collections jobs that were sent out in 2018 and a handful in 2019.

it just happened in Indianapolis with office jobs offshored to Mexica in early January and is likely to continue there as well as other business units.
