Thoughts? Any Convergys Layoffs in 2019?

400 agents laid off in Tucson in the Walgreens project at Consentrix which used to be Convergys. A hell of dishonest supervisors.
Can't believe this company is still in business. Worked there for over 10 years in in I.T. Was a nightmare employer.
