Is there going to be any reorg or Texas Instruments Layoffs in 2019?

I heard of it last night, some in Dallas ,mfg.
Makes sense as they had hired some temps...and that means layoff the higher paid seniors.
Hiring temps also means the long term plan is death of the dept, in general,m
....stage 1 death: hire no new permanent people and hire temps....
stage 2 death: slowly lay off people in small numbers and dont replace, but also keep it under the legal radar of quantity and just layoff seniors with higher pay, packages offered on good years.
