Share price tanks and next day we get an email asking us to attend Speaking Up Creates Change training. How the heck is that going to help our company and what change are we talking about here? Talk about driving the company into a ditch and heck it is maybe what some of them want. Anadarko used to be one of the very best employers validated by independent published surveys. And now we are a collection of racist, s-xist, unconsciously bias, un-diverse and un-inclusive human beings. So say our senior management and its reeducation time. The Townhall was a watershed moment for me and it finally confirmed how utterly disconnected APC senior management is from the ordinary employee and no wonder they have lost all trust. Our CEO seems to drinking all kinds of Kool-aid from the c---tail cabinets of Legal/HR/ACE/AIET and we do not need exploration success in the GOM. He needs to watch mixing his drinks as the hangover will be severe. For Pete’s sake! All we want to do is participate in the operation of a well-run company so we can pay our bills.

It's not the science and engineering that finds oil, but the life experiences of us sensitive new age types, and we'll just follow EOG, they'll figure out the play concepts and economics and create the data that we need for our machine learning to verify they are on to something.
I don't know of any specific lawsuit. But it doesn't take a federal investigation to point out that we have a handful of token minorities on staff.
