Yes, it's India...again. Previous layoffs were the result of outsourcing to India, as well.

I hear CLE under close review, plus others. Part time with benefits to be cut first. Execs realize not cost effective to offer benefits to PT.

No layoffs right now, but if there is a recession in 2019 there may be cuts as everything will slow down - all metrics will go down and we'll need less people to operate our business.

It's the nature of the beast and happens every time we hit a recession. I've been in the business for about 20 years now and both 2001 and 2008 were brutal with multiple rounds of layoffs at United. Now, things will be different and layoff patterns will change (always) but cuts always happen in recessions.
