oh no i just left Akzo :(
Axalta will be thinking about merging with another huge competitor and if that happening large head count reduction will be next on both side
My prediction is Axalta might offer buy out / early retirement package deal to selected people in early spring 2019 . And after that if the number not reach like predicted then layoff will follow so if you are one of the selected take the package or you will be done in the very near future
