I wish everyone well.
This company has gone from one of the top Best Companies to Work For, to what I would call a 0.
The employees didn't have this coming to them.
The management s---s now. A bunch of zeros!
There's currently a project being rolled out where they will be cutting more and more positions from the IT area. All IT areas, including those who have been with the company for 10-20 years. They are saying what they always say, "We are cutting the fat. Leaning out to push the non-performers out." The truth is they do this to backfill their roles with less expensive FTEs. From the last briefing I had, the number of cuts for Columbus is 350. And it is no better at the other larger companies in Columbus. The tax cuts pad their pockets, and in turn, they want more. Business 101: Columbus, Ga (DO NOT MOVE HERE FOR A JOB)
17 people were laid off in the central payment joint venture. It was a blood bath. F--- TSYS.
